Bunyolí estate is a hidden gem that has been preserved for generations. Its history dates back to the year 1232 with the founding of the Barony of Bunyolí. For centuries, its lands provided a source of wealth through the cultivation of carob trees, orange groves, vineyards, and olive trees, whose oil was produced in its own tafona. The estate also sustained sheep farming, maintaining Mallorca’s rich agricultural traditions.

The access road, lined with majestic eucalyptus trees reaching up to 36 meters, leads to the clastra that surrounds the main mansion, the tafona, and the casa del amo. The estate boasts approximately 7,593 m² of built structures. The mansion, constructed in 1698 from stone and marés, spans four floors and 2,838 m², featuring spacious living rooms, kitchens, en-suite bedrooms, and large terraces with views of the countryside, the city of Palma, and even the sea.
