Large townhouse with retail premises Prominently positioned on a main road in the thriving and increasingly popular town of Pinoso, this 5 bedroom home across the 2nd and 3rd floors also boasts retail premises on the ground floor. Lovingly built by the current owner in 2002 the entrance door leads to a decent size lobby area with access door leading to the large garage and the sweeping staircase which leads to the expansive 2nd floor. Here we find the two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, large open plan lounge and dining room with patio doors out to the balcony offering views across to the mountains and over the town. The kitchen diner is cute and also has a utility room off and another terrace perfect for a BBQ or cooking up a Paella. The 3rd floor has a further two large bedrooms, bathroom and living room with patio doors to a large wrap around balcony with views across the town. The separate access door leads from the street to the retail premises of approximately 80m2 with WC and store room. Currently it provides an income as it is rented out as a shop and previously was a bar & restaurant. The ideal location for you to live in a lovely part of Pinoso with your own business to boot!
