Situats a 500 mts del Club Nàutic de Porto Colom, considerat com el millor port natural de Mallorca, situat a l´extrem posterior de l´illa. El port està molt ben equipat i és un bon lloc per relaxar-se i realitzar excursions a les innombrables cales de la costa de Llevant mallorquí, potser la més bonica zona de l´illa. Das Haus liegt ganz in der Nähe des bekannten Strandes von Cala Marçal, nur 4 Minuten mit dem Acte entfernt, wo és Restaurants gibt, um mit der Familie zu entspannen und typische mallorquinische Küche zu essen. Cala d´en Marçal ist ein Sand- und Felsstrand in der Nähe von Portocolom a Felanitx. És ist ein Grosser Strand, sehr schön und hat alle Dienstleistungen, die jeder Tourist verlangen kann. Das Haus liegt 500 Ficar vom Yacht Club von Porto Colom entfernt, der ALS der beste natürliche Hafen von Mallorca gilt und sich am hinteren Ende der Insel befindet.
